Direct-Response Copywriter
Job Summary
Halevora builds and grows the brands of top online creators, and words carry most of that weight. Every sales page, email sequence, and ad script we ship either makes money or gets rewritten until it does. We are hiring a direct-response copywriter who treats the conversion rate as the only review that matters. You will write for audiences most copywriters never get to test on, with fast feedback and real stakes.
Copy that converts
Your Role
You will own the copy behind our creators' offers: sales pages, launch emails, ad scripts, upsells, and the hooks that pull cold traffic into a funnel. Every project starts with a brief and ends with a number. You draft, we test, the data decides.
This is not brand-voice work with fuzzy goals. You write to sell. You will work directly with our marketing lead, watch your drafts go live within days, and read your results in revenue dashboards instead of style guides.
Ideal Candidate
- You have written copy that made real money and you can prove it with numbers.
- You check the metrics before you check the compliments.
- You study classic direct response and modern funnels with equal appetite.
- You can write a long sales page and a fifteen-second hook in the same afternoon.
- You research the offer, the audience, and the objections before you type a headline.
- You take a brutal edit without sulking and ship the rewrite the same day.
- You hit deadlines without being chased.
Requirements
Proven conversion record
Your portfolio shows receipts, not vibes.
Bring samples with numbers attached: conversion rates, revenue, list growth. When a piece performed, you know why. When one flopped, you know that too, and you changed something because of it.
Full-stack copy range
Pages, emails, ads, and offers.
You move between sales pages, email sequences, ad scripts, and offer copy without dropping quality. Different formats, same job: turn a reader into a buyer.
Ruthless self-editing
First drafts are raw material, not deliverables.
You cut your own darlings before anyone asks. What you hand over is tight, specific, and built around one clear action for the reader to take.
Remote discipline
European core hours, no supervision needed.
You manage your own day, communicate in writing without being prompted, and show up prepared. Small senior team, zero room for passengers.
What You'll Do
You Shouldn't Apply If
- You want a normal 9 to 5. This role rewards an all-in mentality and exposes coasting fast.
- You plan to write part-time around other clients. We need your full attention.
- You take edits personally. Your copy will be cut, flipped, and tested every week.
- You need a style guide to feel safe. Here the market grades your work.
