Job Summary

Halevora builds, manages, and grows the brands of top online creators, and we are building our next team hub around South African talent. This is a deliberate expansion, not a recycled job ad. We have no office or history in South Africa yet, and that is the point: the people who join now build the hub. What we bring is a small senior team, European core hours, a performance culture, and six departments with room for people who want in early.

The Talent Pool

Your Role

This is a talent-pool application, not a single vacancy. You pick one of six departments, tell us the role you would own, and prove you can own it. When a seat opens in that department, this pool is where we hire from first.

We back the people who join. Every hire gets an equipment and backup-power stipend, a ZAR-stable monthly payout schedule you can plan a life around, and a growth path to lead roles as the hub grows. We promise what we can keep and nothing else.

Ideal Candidate

  • You are based in South Africa and set up to work full time in a remote-first, English-first team.
  • Support: you answer fast, write clean English, and stay calm when the customer is not.
  • Content & Creative: you write, edit, or produce daily and hit deadlines without reminders.
  • Design: you carry a brand across every asset without losing its voice.
  • Marketing: you run campaigns by the numbers and cut what does not convert.
  • Development: you ship end to end and own the bugs you write.
  • Operations: you keep a remote team organized, on time, and unblocked.

Requirements

Remote-ready setup

Your desk is the office.

A reliable machine, fibre or strong LTE, and a working plan for load shedding. We fund the stipend; you make sure the lights and the router stay on.

English-first communication

Written words run this team.

Most of our work happens in writing. You explain problems clearly, ask before you assume, and leave a trail your teammates can follow.

CET overlap

One hour apart. Easy.

Our core hours run on CET, and CET and SAST sit one hour apart. The overlap costs you nothing: you attend the daily call and stay reachable through core hours.

Full-time commitment

This is your main thing.

We hire people who go all in. If Halevora would be one of several things you do, this is not your application.

What You'll Do

001Own a clear lane inside one of six departments and run it like it is yours.
002Join the daily team call at 10:00 CET, every weekday, and give a straight status.
003Ship work daily and measure what it changed.
004Work European core hours from wherever in South Africa you do your best work.
005Grow into a lead role as the South African hub grows around you.
